Brothers Dr. Rehan and Dr. Husnain Shahid grew up here. After dental school, they came back to bring advanced dentistry home to the people they love.
- 2012
Dr. Rehan Shahid graduates from Mount Pleasant High School in the top of his class, with an associate degree at the same time.
- 2013
Dr. Husnain Shahid graduates from Mount Pleasant High School as valedictorian, also with an associate degree.
- 2015
Both brothers earn a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Texas at Dallas.
- 2019
Dr. Husnain earns his DDS from Texas A&M (formerly Baylor) College of Dentistry as the youngest graduate.
- 2020
Dr. Rehan earns his DDS from the UT School of Dentistry at Houston, plus an MBA from Texas A&M University-Texarkana.
- Today
The brothers own Pleasant Smiles Dental together and care for their neighbors back home. Dr. Husnain has completed 200+ hours of continuing education.
